Shipping Policy
Auspost
Flow Festive Boutique uses Auspost as the main shipping method. Shipping time is only an estimate and does not include dispatch time.
Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping (2–6 business days) — $10 AUD
Express Shipping (1–3 business days) — $15 AUD
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to a wide range of countries including the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, India, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa.

6–10 business days + processing time
Premium DHL Express (3–5 business days) — $40 AUD
Orders are shipped with DHL Express International. Expect your package within 3–5 business days. Duties & Taxes may apply for some countries.
International Express (4–7 business days) — $35 AUD
Expect your package within 4–7 business days. Rural & remote parts of the country may possibly take longer. Duties & Taxes may apply for some countries.
International Standard (8–10 business days) — $30 AUD
Expect your package within 8–10 business days. Rural & remote parts of the country may possibly take longer. Duties & Taxes may apply for some countries.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
Dispatch
Our orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia on business days only (Monday–Friday). All orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours.
Tracking
Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been sent on its way. If you have not received your shipment or tracking confirmation, please check your junk folder as we have most likely tried to contact you regarding your order. Orders can be delayed sometimes due to fraudulent alerts & extra verification — we will reach out to you in this instance to verify your order is genuine.
Shipping Delays
From time to time during busy periods (promotional sales, public holidays and Christmas periods), we cannot guarantee same day dispatch, but rest assured we're working hard to send your order on its way. Flow Festive Boutique is not responsible for any delays due to public holidays or postal service errors. If for some reason you have not received your package within 10 business days please get in touch with us by emailing hello@flowfestiveboutique.com.
Customer Pick-Ups
Unfortunately we are unable to offer pick-up of purchases or viewing prior to purchasing.
Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address due to customer error, the buyer will be responsible to pay for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost Orders
On the rare occasion that your order is lost, we will do everything we can to help you find your lost package, however we are unable to refund your order. In these unfortunate circumstances we will offer you a 50% credit note to the value of your order once the package has been deemed as 'lost' by the courier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Requesting a Refund
Please contact hello@flowfestiveboutique.com to request a refund.
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached — no marks, stains, or smells.
- Garments with make-up stains or perfume odour will not be eligible for return.
- Items must be returned in original bags/packaging.
- Purchases made using a promotional discount code are eligible for a refund unless they are at final sale discounted prices or otherwise stated.
- We unfortunately can't offer discounts on made-to-order items.
- Made to order items are eligible for return. If for some reason you're unhappy with your item, please get in touch — it's important to us that our flow fairies are happy.
Please note:
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Made to orders are eligible for a return.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend tracked shipping.
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at this point in time. If you would like to order another size we recommend placing your order again and sending the incorrect size back for a refund.
Once Your Return Has Been Received
We will refund your original order within 2–5 business days of receiving it. You will receive confirmation when it has been processed, so you know it's on the way. Please allow 2–6 business days for the transaction to appear in your bank or credit card account.
Delayed Returns
Flow Festive Boutique allows you to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. If it arrives more than 30 days late the order will no longer qualify for a return and will be shipped back at the customer's expense. If there is a proven shipping delay by a courier service then we will allow an extended return period of 14 business days.
Return to Sender & Abandoned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to a wrongly entered address (at fault of the customer) or the customer did not collect their order from the post office in time, then the customer will be liable for the shipping cost to re-send the order. No refunds or credit notes will be issued in this case.
If the package is abandoned/disposed at country destination due to unresponsive consignees, no refunds or credit notes will be issued in this case.
If a package is no longer wanted due to delayed shipping (at fault of the courier), the above return policy applies. No special consideration will be made in this case to accept returns outside of the allocated time-frame.
Incorrect Items
In the rare circumstance that an incorrect item was received, please contact us right away with proof of incorrect items by attaching photos to hello@flowfestiveboutique.com. We will send the correct item immediately with express post and pay for the return shipping.
Damaged Items (Including Sale Items)
In the rare circumstance that an item is received in damaged condition, please contact us right away with proof of damage/fault by attaching photos to hello@flowfestiveboutique.com. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty or it becomes faulty after minor wear or use, then we will cover the cost of return postage for it to be either repaired or replaced. It is only if we are unable to offer you either of these options that we will refund you in full. Replacement or refund of an item cannot be offered if the damage is due to obvious misuse or general wear and tear over an extended period of time, as in accordance with Consumer Affairs Laws in Australia. Additionally, replacement or refund of an item cannot be offered if damage is reported beyond 2 months from purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Requesting an Exchange
We currently do not accept exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different size, you may request a return and order a new size. If you are wishing to exchange gem stones/accessories, once again we do not offer this option.
Sequined and Beaded Items
Our sequined and beaded items are handmade one-by-one and therefore kinda delicate. They need to be treated with love and care each time they are worn and gently spot cleaned. On purchasing one of our beaded or sequined items you agree to take this into consideration and be mindful of this condition when wearing the garment. We recommend avoiding any intense movements, rubbing up against anything or coming into contact with any item which may pull or snag the garment and cause the stitching to come undone. Flow Festive Boutique cannot refund or accept returns on sequin items which have been damaged after they have been obviously worn.
