Flow Festive Boutique is an Australian-based online store specialising in metaphysical crystals, crystal kits, bracelets, and festive clothing. We operate exclusively online and ship from Melbourne, Australia.

3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the natural nature of crystals and gemstones, each item is unique — colour, size, and shape may vary slightly from images shown. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen will reflect the exact appearance of products.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you if a price change affects your order. You will have the option to confirm or cancel your order at the corrected price.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your card will be charged at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards.
6. Discount Codes & Promotions
Promotional discount codes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to minimum spend requirements. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
7. Shipping
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Flow Festive Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. 8. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in original packaging. Sale items, crystals, and crystal kits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 9. Made-to-Order Items
Some items in our store are made to order. These items may have longer production and dispatch times, which will be noted in the product description. Made-to-order items are eligible for return if you are unsatisfied — please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. We are unable to offer discounts on made-to-order items.
10. Sequined & Beaded Items
Our sequined and beaded items are handmade one-by-one and are delicate by nature. They must be treated with care, worn mindfully, and gently spot cleaned only. By purchasing these items you acknowledge their handmade nature and agree to care for them accordingly. Flow Festive Boutique cannot accept returns on sequin or beaded items that have been damaged through wear or misuse.
11. Crystal & Gemstone Disclaimer
Crystal and gemstone products are sold for decorative, collectible, and metaphysical purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Any metaphysical or healing properties described are based on tradition and belief, not scientific evidence. Always seek professional medical advice for health concerns.
